These conditions apply to private transfer and chauffeur services provided by PrivateRideNow (Marbella, Costa del Sol, Spain).

Bookings

A request sent through the form or WhatsApp is not confirmed until we reply with a confirmation and an agreed price. Please check that pickup location, destination, date, time and passenger count are correct.

Passengers and luggage

The vehicle is assigned according to the number of passengers and luggage stated in the booking. Child seats are provided on request and must be indicated in advance.

Airport transfers

For airport pickups we ask for the flight number so we can monitor arrival times. Please inform us as soon as possible about any change of flight.

Changes and cancellations

Changes or cancellations should be communicated as early as possible through the same channel used to book. Specific notice periods and any applicable charges are confirmed with your booking.

Conduct and liability

Smoking is not permitted in the vehicle. Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
